Statement
My thoughts are romantic, often naive, and I’m shy about it, so their expression isn’t always candid. Emotionality seeks an outlet in immediate action, but the constraints of the medium force me to choose words carefully, focus on the essential, and don’t always tolerate my impulsiveness. Ceramics provide balance, allowing me to hide behind their materiality and objectivity. They are indisputable.
Curiosity and fantasies sometimes race ahead of common sense. Thus, I escape from mundane tasks, soaring in the same direction as the girl who once promised to become an artist.
The search never stops and has become a way of life. It’s a path of eternal dissatisfaction because the potential buzzing inside is always realized only in fragments. It’s thrilling and fills my days with meaning. It allows me to be.
